Your images can be enhanced in many ways to get the best possible print. They range
from simple cropping to elaborate digital enhancements. Please take a look at the
following examples.

Cropping
Cropping is trimming part of the image off and is included in the price of your image and
is usually done at my discretion. However, it can also be done to your specifications. Just
let me know how you would like your image cropped when placing your order. Sometimes
a very close crop can make an otherwise plain image much more eye-catching. No
additional charge for cropping.

Vignette
You can change the outline of your image with a vignette with any color background
you wish. This can make a snapshot into a portrait and also eliminate some
unwanted background. There is no charge for this and it is available only on
enlargements.

Digital editing can range from a simple removal of a leash to completely changing the
background. The standard rates are currently $10 per 15 minutes of work. A leash removal
is typically a $10 charge. More complex jobs generally run at least one hour. Please contact
me with your ideas and for an estimate. Below are some examples of digital editing.

absolutely natural with no tell-tale lines or
obvious cloning. The same applies for dogs on
a new background, the fur will be blended to
look natural and the lighting on dog and
background will match as much as possible.

"noisy". (grainy) The process smooths out the noise and blends the colors and texture. Photo
Masterpieces are best printed on a textured fine art paper to complete the effect. This
process is done with filters and also hand worked for a unique and one of a kind image.
